Well just when I thought that that pain in my neck was gone he comes back, and not by choice I might add. Mr. Hamics departure to work for AKAL was short lived as once again it is all about money, AKAL backed out of the employment deal as Mr. Hamic was asking more then he's worth, and AKAL told him to kick rocks. Then his deal to sell his Albuquerque company fell through as he started asking for more money because of his failure to land the deal with AKAL, then he wanted more then the company was worth or would even bring within five years. So he pissed off the buyers who were still employees at the time, working till the deal went through. Currently the blog of lies would have you believe that he is a victim, those guys arent the smartest guys, and made it easy to make it look like that. the truth is that if you screw someone over expect to be screwed over down the road. Mr. Hamic is a victim but of his own stupidity, and greed. Should those employees have taken the contracts? NO, but can you blame them? No I really dont. Sadly I hate to say it but I will! I TOLD YOU SO! Mr. Hamic is the same or worse then the peolple he claims to be saving you from by screwing people over on money deals. Two wrongs dont make a right!


how could Mr. Hamic have missed this guys past?? Isnt he the greatest investigator that has ever walked the earth?? well he wrote a book about it telling you how you can also be a bad ass investigator. Sadly he has spent countless hours talking about how several companies have had employees with a past and once again hes guilty of the same thing, if you dont believe me he has hundreds of documented pages doing so yet he would have you believe he is not like them.


I dont care if you do things for money but atleast man up and tell everyone thats why your screwing over your competition, dont act like your doing it to protect them or, because your a good samaritan.

Well im still here, hamic has abondened New Mexico again, or atleast till the next oportunity to make a profit off them arises again. Where he will surely claim he is our savior with really bad investigation skills, and cares about new mexico. What are you talking about NMTruthteller? well appearently Hamic has exhausted all his financial gaining opportunitys in New Mexico, and has sold Summit Security. Hamic is now a AKAL Security employee managing several high profile accounts for them,and appearently for AKAL if you cant beat them Hire them. The new owner is hiding as the resident manager. Why has Hamic kept this information secret? is it so that his book sales wouldnt faulter? so that people wouldnt finally see him as the money hungry person that he is. it really is sad when your book only sells 9 books and three of them are already sent back.

A while back I posted a blog about a guy that made me laugh because he got booted for not paying and then claimed he was the victim when he cut the lock off the boot. well ive been doing some research on this car booting thing and in a few days will break it all down for you. can you say theft of services, positive enforcement, and victim mentality??

Fight the Ignorance - Not the Boot

I recently came across a website called FIGHTHTEBOOT.COM where the owner of the website states that he was unjustly booted because he parked on private property right in front of a sign and did not pay a measly two dollars for the parking spot and then was booted. Watch the video hereThe owner of the car then decided he was not going to pay for the removal, purchased a lock cutter, and in front of a local news channel while on video proceeded to cut the lock off. He then cry’s “he’s running a racket here” notice the next shot is one of his car parked right in front of the sign. That sign reads “there is no free parking available for subway. If you choose to park here you must pay at the box. At the end of the video he decides to make a note. Dick ever heard of “presumption of innocence”? Innocent until proven guilty? Now that I have stopped laughing lets break that down.

Dick ever heard of “presumption of innocence”? Innocent until proven guilty?

This is not a court, your are not being charged with a crime, the property owner is enforcing his parking rules.

Private land or not, the owner does not have the right to contract out vigilantes to prey upon people like this.

Its private property! if you want to park there you have to abide by his rules and pay the machine if not you get booted.

This is not a parking control. It’s a money grab. Please grow a brain. The fact the fees are 25x more than the price of the parking lot should be a clue here as to what is going on.

Will you ever park in that parking lot again? That’s called parking control. The fee has to be one that will correct the action, if you only charge those 2 dollars after the fact, and then people will try to get away with it thinking if I get caught then I still only have to pay two dollars.

Arbitrary fees are illegal here.

This is not based on a whim or chance you decided to park and not pay. It’s the owners property not your therefore you have no say. They’re recovering fee’s

Stop trying to be the victim here. Due process and the right to appeal refer to a criminal judgment, or criminal charges, not a civil matter. You should have called the police got the guys information, paid the fee and then tried to recover it in civil court. But you didn’t, you decided to take it into your own hands, isn’t that what got you booted in the first place? Now that is self-defeating.

NMtruthteller does believe that the boot man should have more pay options, should give a receipt, have a business name and business license. Ultimately this is a civil matter and should be handled as such. We believe that the police should be called only to keep the peace, and obtain information if necessary.

I'm back sorry it took so long but I've been working for a living. I've been getting alot of phone calls and emails about alot of stuff........lmao that never gets old. I have some new stuff for you guys so stay tuned

psycho test for guards coming??

The RLD during a special meeting on June 16, 2009 stated that they are obligated in having Security officers take a psychological test like police officers have to do as a requirment for level 3 licensure with the RLD. All the specifics have not been smoothed out yet but the RLD will be trying to enact the rules and specifics by July 1, 2009. grandfathered level 3 guards will possibly also have to take a one time test or maybe not.

I wanna know how much is this going to cost????? and who do they expect to pay this on a $9.50 an hour pay?? if this is going to happen will companies and the security industy in new mexico suffer greatly??

Are the company owners gonna have to take one also? because I have one in mind that should be at the top of the list. maybe he can write a report on how to pass it cuase I dont know how he passed the bernalillo county sherrifs one but he did.

This blog doesn't dispute that Mr. landavazo is current today and has no issue with that. what this blog has an issue with is how you were seeking special treatment back then and now criticize people when they do the same things you are known for doing like changing company names for owing taxes on a company you were a owner of. You may try to say that it was part of a settlement that you inherited the tax liens but the fact is that you were an owner of the company and still owe them. You can also say that you left Albuquerque to insure that your children were safe because Albuquerque is such a bad place but the truth is that your running from your tax liens.

Rob hamic: everyone should fallow the rules and exceptions made for me!!

Rob Hamic owner of Summit security services and author of New Mexico's Deception Blog likes to tell us how everyone should fallow the rules and the state laws except for him and his company apparently!!

On August 18, 2008 Rob hamic requested that the New Mexico Regulations Department approve a security license for Anthony Landavazo to carry a firearm at the age of 19 and you can find it HERE. even though the law clearly states that the legal age is 21, not 20, not 19, AND NOT 19. The denial was issued by Mr. Kalsa who pointed out that the statue is clear, and Mr. Hamic in all his wisdom Knew this and still tried to get this one by the board. over the last few months Mr. hamic has attacked the RLD and Mr. Kalsa, could this be because his feelings and ego are hurt that he didn't receive special treatment??

Mr. Hamic Ive told you before and ill tell you again "People Who Live In Glass Houses Should Not Throw Stones" but you can kick rocks. lmao

Now my two cents on the RLD they re slow, they hand out crappy Identification cards to everyone apparently not just security. have you seen what everyone one else they regulate gets ..... this is ridiculous kids at UNM make better ID's, usually within 24 hours, and charge less. As for the regulation of security guards and companies three issues and sometimes less are dealt with during meetings, come on I handle more business when I sit down to drop a deuce deuce, and don't even need anybody to second that motion!!!!!!

If your wondering who Anthony Landavazo is well hes the co-owner of overwatch security who if my APS math serves me right should be 19 or 20 years of age.............. and apparently thinks highly of Mr. Hamic. clear case of scratch my back and ill scratch yours.

I recently took a Israeli Combat Shooting course with Mr. Rob Hamic of Summit Security & Investigation and Summit Self Defense. I’ve carried a weapon for a living before and thought there was no way I would abandon the techniques I’ve been taught since day one.

Now wait did he say he's carried a weapon before for a living ???? yes he did and would that have been in high school or maybe middle school Mr. Landavazo?? come on the kid is maybe 19 yrs of age, I Didn't know the boy scouts let you carry a weapon !!! lets be fair maybe he meant a sling shot ???

lies, lies and more lies is all overwatch security and summit security are telling the residents of Albuquerque.

I am working on some good posts concerning some of the same old people and a few new companies who have been under the radar for too long, mistreating their employees and violating laws. He states that on company which he doesn't name, has recently made a name change, is that not what you did in the past from Everest to summit ??? who's bone head antics but your own and they must have learned that from your guide on how to evade taxes and beat your competitors by spreading lies and deception to make yourself look better.

There was a report in the daily lobo from the time in which hamic was running Everest security and apparently they beat the crap out of the guy and you can find the report HERE and the picture is courtesy of the dailylobo.com. the guy apparently admits to being in the wrong and disagrees with the way Everest security handled it(ass kicking), what happened to your guards verbal skills and verbal judo then???? hope your teaching or at least found someone to teach them that now. I remember these days when they had some Gestapo lady in charge who walked around like the place was a prison. I also remember the days when they had a Hispanic guy who was they re firearms instructor and had an employee shoot himself in the leg during training, guess the outstanding trainer forgot to have everyone clear they re handguns when practicing holster drills....oops and then never reported the shooting. Why didn't you ever report that shooting Mr. Hamic ????Now its the same company with a different name but the same owner and most likely the same training, bonehead antics you should know Mr. Hamic !!! Why don't you write a guide on how not to be a bonehead since you've been there done that!!!!

Albuquerque don't be fooled by this guy and for those who don't believe me just do your research and don't wait around for phone calls and emails to come in like Mr. hamic does for his investigations!!

WHAT A JOKE

Mr. Hamic I continue to laugh at you and your blog, I must admit and thank you for the daily laughs I get from it and have even stopped reading the comics in the Albuquerque journal since I have so much fun reading your blog. I also laugh when you send me your funny little rants about how nobody is reading my blog, but I don't know if I laugh more because your going crazy trying to figure out who I am or at your investigative skills. you will probably write something in your blog like "NMTRUTHTELLER WHO COULD IT BE GILL BACA??? HMMMM SEEMS FISHY TO ME". I also must admit that I feel much safer now that your not with the Bernalillo county Sheriffs office because if your skills as in investigator were as bad then as they are know, you were probably doing investigations saying "I wonder if this guy is our criminal he seems fishy to me, ll wait for somebody to call me and tell me who committed the crime"or even telling every one "I'm getting a lot of emails and calls about this". all the investigations you did with the sheriffs department should be looked into because you probably lied to catch your guy back then also, lets face it you like the sound of your own voice and believe that you blog gives you a lot of power. the truth is it just proves your a joke , if you don't believe me talk to some of the sheriffs deputies I talked to and they will even tell you that you were a joke then and are now..

As I have said before when you started your blog I agreed with you, but when you ran out of bad guys and personal revenge wasn't enough you started attacking your competition and spreading lies about them. Mr. Hamic you have become a joke and your investigation skills are a joke. pretty soon you will be called the joke of Albuquerque. the RLD even thinks your a joke and ignore you because there's only so many times you can cry wolf. But please don't stop because then I will have to resort to the Albuquerque journal for my laughs.

Albuquerque: thousands attend tea party

I got stuck in traffic today with all the people attending the tea party on montgomery, but I didnt mind it and just thought I would share some pictures with you guys that I took as I drove by. theres alot of prople that are not happy with all the goverment spending and I cant blame them. out of all the people and signs I saw none were bad or disrespectful. I did see lot of american flags which I was very pleased with.

recently on New Mexicos Security Blog For Deception Mr Hamic posted a blog claimaing hes is the victim of anonymous bloggers and how we did not get our information correct, lets see. our blog from Tuesday, March 24, 2009 stated that Mr. Hamic was not telling the right information and he took offense to that HERE.

lets go over what we said:

on Feb 9, 2009 NM Security Blog said : The Casados Group LLC's City Business license has been out of force for more than ten months.


NMTRUTHTELLER: New Mexico Security blog says that a company name the casados group doesn't have a good standing business license HERE but when i researched it i found that they re actually active till April/2009

$$$$ OK ten months from Feb 9, 2009 would have been if my APS education serves me right April 2008. now the city says that they re license has been good since May 1, 2008 that means that they have been in good standing for the last 9 months not "out of force for more then ten months" Mr. Hamic. but wait you say it says the start date is may 1st 2009, and yes it does because it has been renewed early. If we were to go by your word, that would mean that they are still not covered with the city for the month of April and that just doesn't make sense..........once again your using deception Mr. Hamic and this dumb blogger exposed you .



NM Security Blog said : A number of people have since come into compliance based on my blog posts, RLD, scrutiny, law enforcement pressure or pressure from government agencies. Just because these companies have come into compliance after the post doesn't mean that the information was inaccurate.
